Challenge

Airpas Aviation decided to improve its profitability and direct operating cost management solution by implementing a Contract and Tender Management module. The module should assist in making various contracts as well as inviting tenders for fuel purchase.

Solution

VolgoTechnologies custom software programming team joined the project and helped to release it to the public. The developed module allows users to get full visibility of supplier contracts, current and historical. The module reflects the typical structure of contracts for all direct operating cost related services.

The module allows copying contracts from one airport to other airports (e.g. within the same country), uploading rates for en route charges from Eurocontrol as well as uploading of fuel market prices from PLATTS and exchange rates from financial institutions.
